O ISEL promove no próximo dia 16 de abril, uma palestra do RIPE NCC - Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre, intitulada "Como a internet Funciona", moderada por Jelena Cosic (Community Development Officer), e Pedro Vaz (UX Designer - Learning anda Development), ambos membros da RIPE NCC.
